Both Lori and Deborah firmly believe that continuing professional development is key to maintaining expertise and skills. Their involvement in professional organizations, as detailed on their resumes, reflects this deep commitment. They have extensively pursued educational opportunities to expand their scientific knowledge base, enhance their writing and editing skills, and explore new avenues. Other education and training has focused on standard operating procedures, creation of style guides, website design, publications marketing, and indexing. To help meet the expanding needs of clients, both Lori and Deb have remained current in their knowledge of a variety of tools, becoming proficient with such software programs as PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, EndNote, and Final Draft.
